Good resources to learn Indonesian?

I'd like to learn Indonesian as fast as possible.
The immersion method is out, as I can't take the time off work to travel there. And there are no Indonesian classes where I live!
Does anyone know the best resources to learn Indonesian, both online and off?
For that matter, what's the fastest way to learn a language and RETAIN it, other than immersion?

Buy movies in indonesian, and turn on the english subtitles.
Have you checked with the Indonesian embassy? They might have a good suggestion, try calling them.
