Brief description of the Trigger Event(Hazard)
Brief Description of the Disaster (lives lost, financial losses etc.)
Apply the PAR model to:
Identify and discuss root causes, dynamic pressures, unsafe conditions
Conclude with a critical assessment of PAR

but im having trouble with the last part
