I always rec'd this type of SMS but I don't understand what, suspect the paragraph is indonesian language as the number shown is from indonesia. Thank you:

Can you please try to summarize what Puskesmas means in at least a paragraph. Not like this example "Community Health Centre". But more with like what it's for and what you can get there and who is it for etc.
